Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel your order. Orders less than four cartons cannot be canceled. Note that you are responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable. A five (5%) charge is applicable when returning credit to your credit card. Restocking fee is 25%.
Returns
Note that all returns must be processed by phone and first be authorized within 15 days of delivery receipt. There can be no returns or cancellations after 30 days from receipt of product. Please do not refuse your order even if damaged or the wrong product, as that incurs additional shipping charges and further delays the reimbursement and replacement process. Note everything on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and call us immediately at (858) 586-9663.
Cartons less than four cannot be returned. They must be unopened, resalable, and returned within 15 days provided approval authorization; some restrictions apply. Accessories (trim pieces, glue, underlayment, etc.) cannot be returned.
Privacy Policy
We take the responsibility of protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy very seriously! We will never rent, sell, loan, offer, or give away any of the information that you provide to us. We hate junk mail as much as the next person and wouldn't even think about sending any. We will however, send you newsletters and or discounts/promotions specifically related to clickonfloors. If at any time you wish to change your newsletter preferences, follow the link provided in the newsletter emails or just log onto your account and make the necessary changes.
Under no circumstances will any of your credit card information be given out. No one on the clickonfloors team has access to credit information once it is entered on our site. In the rare case that we conduct a transaction over the phone, we will promptly destroy any personal information given to us. We go to great lengths to protect this aspect of your shopping experience with clickonfloors.
We utilize state of the art technology for shopping and ecommerce security. If you order a product from us, our software places your name in our secure/encrypted customer database. We never share any customer information with any 3rd parties for any reason except for fulfilling an order. For example, UPS requires shipping information to deliver merchandise purchased on clickonfloors.com
If you supply us with your telephone number or email address online, you may receive a customer service call regarding an order you placed. We will only contact you to ensure superior customer service and order delivery. We will not call for any marketing or promotional purposes.
